Pic Smooth & Blur
Pic Smooth & Blur is a subclass of the canvas control that allows
you to smooth and blur regions of a picture. It coulnd't be simpler! Just draw all
the graphics in the Canvas, and then use these commands on it:
Canvas1.Blur 10, 10, 75, 50
or
Canvas1.Smooth 10, 10, 75, 50, rgb(255,255,255)
The synatx for both of them is the same: X1, Y1, X2, and Y2. In Smooth,
the last parameter contains the background color that the graphics will be smoothed
against.
